Today, due to the large number of doctors,thr freshers are facing a great crisis. Immediatly after completing the course, they are not able to join any jobs. This may create a lot of problems for them.So the society with the help of the health care palnners have to find a solution for this. The solution for the problem whether they have to follow a deterministic career model or to select the, encourage and train the doctors for the role of medical field in coming years..
